An unforgettable Bavarian-style wheat beer brewed with German pils and wheat malts and hopped with German Northern Brewer hops. This beer is unfiltered and served in a traditional wheat beer glass at our pubs. Medium bodied, honey in color, fruity.
O'REILLY'S
STOUT
3.9% ABV
An Irish-style dry stout poured with nitrogen for a rich creamy pint. Brewed with imported pale and roasted malts, along with flaked barley, and hopped with Cascade and Target hops. Black in color, light bodied and roasty dry.

softly falling darkness
oatmeal stout

Days grow short, nights grow long, and the beer in our glass grows dark. As winter settles in around the brewery, hearty caramel and chocolate malts come out to play. Softly Falling Darkness is a deep, rich stout softened by heaps of flaked and malted oats. Velvet notes of dark chocolate dance across the palate.

This American Pale Ale made its debut in the early 2000’s and was a beloved staple at our pubs for many years. Phoenix Pale exudes classic Pacific Northwest citrus hop character. Expect pungent notes of grapefruit pith, floral herbs, and aromatic pine.
