Cycling Team

Sly Fox sponsors regional mountain bike and cyclocross racing team, Bike Sport out of Trappe, PA. The mountain biking team competes in the Mid-Atlantic Super Series and the cyclocross team races in the PACX and Mid-Atlantic Cyclocross competitions.

SRT Spree

Sly Fox advocates and supports the Schuylkill River Trail and Schuylkill River Water Trail with the release and sale of SRT Ale. The release of SRT Ale featured a multi-day journey down the entire SRT by kayak, bicycle, on foot and on horseback and a portion of all proceeds from SRT Ale go to building and maintaining the trail.

SFCX

Every Fall the Sly Fox Brewing Co. holds a sanctioned cyclocross race right at the brewery. The race features talented cyclists of all ages careening around outdoor beer gardens and fire barrels before diving into technical wooded sections and a a muddy, muscle-wrenching run up! SFCX is the perfect day for adventurous racers and fun-loving spectators!

KanJam

Every year the Sly Fox Brewing Company hosts the largest single KanJam tournament in the universe. KanJam is an exciting outdoor lawn game but Sly Fox plays it with a twist– players must be holding a can at all times. In 2015 the tournament included 180 teams where the winners were awarded their weight in beer!

Dirt Fest

The mid-atlantic region's mountain biking mecca, a weekend long festival devoted to riding and beer, Sly Fox is a sponsor of Dirt Rag Magazine's Dirt Fest. Raystown Lake's engineered trails provide thousands of mountain bikers excellent riding during the day, Sly Fox provides recovery beers at night.

Mr. Disc Golf

Nothing goes better with disc golf than cans of cold Sly Fox beer. Sly Fox Brewing Company is the official beer sponsor of Mr. Disc Golf, a company that promotes multiple organized disc golf tournaments throughout the region.

Philly Rock Gym

The Philadelphia Rock Gym (PRG), with multiple locations throughout the Philadelphia region, offers premier indoor and outdoor  instruction and excursions for which Sly Fox is a participating sponsor and advocate in promoting the sport of climbing.

The Bird

Birdsboro, Pennsylvania is well regarded as one of the best outdoor climbing destinations in the state of Pennsylvania and some of the climbing routes are named after Sly Fox beers including Ichor and Rt. 113. There's nothing better after a day of belaying than a refreshing can of Sly Fox beer but always pack out what you packed in!

Schuylkill River Heritage Area

The Schuylkill River Heritage Area (SRHA), administered by the Schuylkill River Greenway Association, is an organization focused on encouraging recreation in the communities it represents and helps to revitalize. Sly Fox Brewing Company is a strong ally and supporter of the SRHA mission.

Oddyssey Half Marathon

Sly Fox is the title sponsor of one of Philadelphia's most beloved running events. Organized by runners, for runners, the Oddyssey Half is a serious run that incorporates serious fun, including recovery Sly Fox beers at the finish line.

Dad Vail Regatta

Sly Fox brews up a special beer, Dad Vail Pale Ale, for Philadelphia's most famous on-river action. The Aberdeen Dad Vail Regatta is the largest collegiate regatta in the United States, with over 100 colleges and Universities from the U.S. and Canada. Thousands of student athletes gather to compete during the weekend of the second Saturday of May.

Reading 120

The Reading 120, one of only seven UCI (International Cycling Union) races in the USA featuring top professional teams from around the world. The race opens with a rolling 75-mile loop through the magnificent preserved farmland of Berks County, and culminates with laps through Reading featuring the five grueling climbs up Mount Penn where the Sly Fox beer tent awaits spectators and racers.

Lock 60

The historical and recreational importance of the Schuylkill Canal system is a favorite benefactor of Sly Fox Brewing Company. We support the events and mission of Lock 60 and the Schuylkill Canal Association (SCA) including supplying beer for Schuylkill Canal Day on the last Sunday in June.

Sly Fox Track Club

The Sly Fox Track Club is committed to promoting health, physical fitness and the achievement of excellence through participation in group runs and events. A club for everyone, of all abilities, the community running club organizes weekly 5Ks at the Sly Fox Brewery in the summer and presents numerous other group runs and events.

Ride for the River

A group cycling ride of 60 or 20 miles, Ride for the River highlights and promotes the Schuylkill River Trail. Culminating with the free music festival, Sly Fox Can Jam, Ride for the River is a fun family ride for cyclists of all abilities.

Take It Outdoors Adventures

Local outfitter and excursion guides, Take It Outdoors Adventures (TIOA) organizes regional trips to offer people opportunities in kayaking, climbing, hiking, skiing and other recreational activities in places they might not otherwise get to visit. Sly Fox supports this local business and uses them to coordinate some of our own adventures.

Philly Classic

The famous Manayunk Wall, the spin around Lemon Hill, racing up the Benjamin Franklin Parkway, Sly Fox Brewing Company is all in as beer sponsor for the Philadelphia International Cycling Championship. The 124-mile classic is the longest running and most important single-day cycling road race in the United States.
